Prior to the visit, the establishment will reach out and let me know the content outcome, style and any extras they would like. They do this using the package choices here. This helps me prepare accordingly to get the best out of the visit. We would then agree on a date that suits both parties and an agreed budget for the final bill, all paid for by the establishment.
All work will be paid for in advance unless due to previously discussed circumstances.
In terms of the visit itself, it will depend on the shot style chosen in the package.
Option 1 – Marketing / Promotional will resemble more of a studio shoot you will select a handfull of dishes and i will create the content focussing on them. This Marketing / Promotional option is a paid option.
Option 2 – Review / Visit mirrors a average dinner experience, creating a more relatable and genuine dining experience. I will order the food (happy to be recommended a promotional dish or particular dish the restaurant would ideally like to highlight) all while capturing footage and taking photos of the atmosphere, and drinks. I would then do the same for the food once at the table! This ensures I capture an authentic image of the place, its food, drink, setting and service!
The week following the visit I will work on any reels, photography editing and a written review. This will be dependant on what the restaurant had previously selected and paid for as part of the package. I will do my best to ensure work will be turned around within a week, subject to current workload and amount selected in the package. Any scheduling clashes will be discussed early on in the process if any.
